He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey E. McBrayer and Anna Margaret Perkins McBrayer; his son John Douglas McBrayer; and his sisters, Edna Roe and Reba Davis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Alfrey of Clearfield, Smantha McCoy (Dylan) of West Liberty and Susan Helmondollar (Charlie) of Ashland; his close friend Matilda Everman of Olive Hill; and his brothers, John McBrayer (Linda) of Morehead and Edmond McBrayer (Mary Ann) of Wabash, Indiana. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; and his church family and friends.
