He is survived by: his close friend Gail Howard; his son Franklin Barker (Christine) of Michigan; and his siblings, Keith Barker, Harlen Barker (Shirlene), Delpha Barker, Wanda Bryant (James) and Phyllis Easterling (Gary) of Olive Hill.
