He was predeceased by: his father Carl Wayne Duncan. He is survived by: his mother Stella Mae Burton; his wife Angela Duncan; his sons, Kevin Duncan (Bri) of Nicholasville, KY, Keith Duncan (Jenny) of Ashland, KY and Kyle Duncan of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Landon Duncan, Alaura Duncan, Raelynn Duncan, Benson Duncan, Beau Duncan, Emma Duncan and Cash Duncan; and his stepfather Ernest Burton. He is also survived by several friends and family members.
