Ferguson and Waylon Kole Ferguson of West Liberty; his son Michael Joe Butler; his grandchildren, Tanner George of Lexington, Hunter Blevins of Colorado Springs and Chloe Blevins of Colorado Springs; and his great grandchild Alexia Blevins.
