She is survived by: her children, Paul A. Caldwell (Tony) of Cincinnati, Mike Caldwell of Old Landing and Linda Caldwell-Martin of Georgia; her great-nieces, Amy Lynn Smith of Lexington and Jennifer Smith of Beattyville, Kentucky; her niece Sandy Shelly of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Smallwood, Sean and Ryan Martin of Georgia; and her son-in-law Dennis R. Martin. She is also survived by other nephews and nieces, and a daughter-in-law.
