Schultz; his sons, Steven Bryan Schultz Jr. (Amy) of Rockport, IN and Stephen Michael Schultz (Yurisa) of Caddo Mills, TX; his mother Janice Y. Anderson Schultz of Hardinsburg; and his siblings, Pam Hayes (Cliff) of Eastview, KY, Patty Hill (Vernon) of Hardinsburg, KY and Doug Schultz of Bowling Green, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
