He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Fuqua (Fulkerson); his daughter Tonna Carter; and his sister Sharon Gonzalez. He is survived by: his father Jeff Carter Sr. of Rockport, Indiana; and his siblings, Tom Carter (Trisa) of Chrisney, Indiana and Wanda Faye Harris of Grandview, Indiana.
