He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Payton and Rachel Payton. He is survived by: his son Scott Payton (Tracy); his significant other Jenny Payton; his significant other's daughters, Nicole and Terri; and his sister Lilly Vittitoe. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
