He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Owens and Josephine Lemaster Owens; and his wife Pamela Lou Blanton Owens. He is survived by: his children, Willie Lee Owens (Jessica) of Oil Springs, Kentucky, Penelope Leigh Sosko (Dawn) of Albuquerque and Elizabeth Anne Auxier (Bryan) of Paintsville, Kentucky; his siblings, Joanna Owens of Paintsville, Kentucky and Bobby Owens (Brenda) of Moultrie, Georgia; and his grandchildren, James Fernandez, Abby Auxier, Hope Auxier, Kaleb Auxier, Lillian Owens and Gideon Owens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
