He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Massey and Hallie Poteet Massey; and his daughter Maria Dana Massey. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Massey; his children, Samantha Massey, Earl Talley (Heather), Alvin Talley, Carrie McCrady and Christopher Talley (Christie); and his siblings, Larry Massey and Anna Mae Vincent (Ashby).
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Hardy & Son Funeral Home (3098 Louisville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at the Pine Grove Presbyterian Church Cemetery (1106 State St, Bowling Green, KY 42101).
