She is survived by: her husband Donnie Combs of Oak Grove, KY; her daughter Crystal Maria Underwood of Oak Grove, KY; and her siblings, Isiah Villarreal of Harlington, TX, Georgia Smathers of Hopkinsville, KY and Julia Rodriguez of Houston, TX. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
