Juliet, TN, Adam Jacobs (Renita) of Hopkinsville, Nathaniel Jacobs (Jessica) of Hopkinsville and Jenny Askew (Travis) of Oak Grove; and her sisters, Nancy Hyams of Hopkinsville, Joy Sandlin of Palmyra, VA, Edwina Morgan and Sherry Webb of Albuquerque. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.
