She was predeceased by: her parents, David Castleberry and Ellowse Holley Castleberry; and her brother Louis Castleberry. She is survived by: her daughters, Chantal Upton of North Berwick, ME and Leah Boyd of Oak Grove, KY; her brother Ray Castleberry; her sister-in-law Cynthia Castleberry of Hopkinsville, KY; and her grandchildren, Alex and Olivia Upton.
