We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2025, at the age of 71, George Franklin Proctor Sr. of Oak Grove, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Proctor and Elizabeth Proctor; his wife Cecelia Proctor; and his in-laws, Harley, Gloria Proctor and Thomas Chuck Proctor.

He is survived by: his children, George Proctor Jr. and Marchi Rodriquez; and his siblings, Elizabeth P. Proctor, Shirley C. Davis (Rusty), Theresa Darlene Proctor (Devine), Thomas Purcell Proctor, Jr. (Dorothy) and Richard H. Proctor. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and a host of other family members.
