It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Wayne Ramsey of Oak Grove, Kentucky, born in Union City, Tennessee, who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewitt Ramsey and Estelle Ramsey (Priest); his wife Pat Ramsey; and his sister Barbara Ramsey. He is survived by: his children, Johnny Ramsey (Ruth), Ron Ramsey (Connie), Bill Ramsey (Terry), Steve Ramsey (Dot), Lisa Rice (John), Paul Ramsey and Judy Berryhill; and his siblings, Donnie Ramsey (Betty) and Sue Elam (Fred). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
