It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Lee Brooks of Oak Grove, Kentucky, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Alfred Brooks and Nellie Burrows Payne; her stepfather Charles E. Payne; her sister Brenda Brooks; and her son David Brooks.
She is survived by: her son Jason Brooks of Ware, Mass.; her siblings, Charles E. Payne, Jr. and Denise Stearns (Robert) of Chicopee, Mass.; and her close friends, April, Ed Souell of Oak Grove, Misty, James Ragan of Cadiz, Jewell, Mike Matthews of Big Rock and Tenn. She is also survived by several grandchildren and a great grandchild.
