She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred "Red" Phillips and Marie Phillips. She is survived by: her son Caleb; and her sisters, Wanda Paris (JR) of Smithland, KY, Sheila Goodaker (Darryl) of Smithland, KY and Connie Monroe (Jimmy) of Smithland, KY.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
