He is survived by: his mother Mary Sue Sizemore (Layman); his significant other Tara of Nortonville; his children, William Gauge of Nortonville, Sydnee Allison of Nortonville and Eryn of Nortonville; his siblings, Starr Smith (Mike) of Slaughters, Taylar Leighann Sizemore of Kentucky and Brook Sizemore (JoAnn) of Madisonville; his stepbrothers, Michael Simmons and Jeff Simmons of Nortonville; and also, Gauge, Sydnee C and Starr Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
