He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Butler and Eliza Butler (Lamb) of St. Charles; his son Kenny Butler; and his brothers, Hilton Butler and Dale Butler.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Hibbs Butler; his children, David Butler of Nortonville and Tracy Butler of Nortonville; his grandson David Butler; and his siblings, Marion Foster, Edith Cheschire and Lois Adcock.
