It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian June Payne of Nortonville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 22, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cates and Helen Barber (Blanchard); her husband Ruford Payne; and her brothers, Bill Cates and Gary Barber.

She is survived by: her sons, Dale Payne of Nortonville and Steven Payne of White Plains; and her siblings, Sandra McGary of Madisonville, Beth Whitfield (Harold) of Bowling Green, Annette Harralson of Madisonville, Larry Barber (Amber) of Nortonville and Joe Cates (Dottie) of Rockville, Maryland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
