He was predeceased by: his parents, Burley Clark and Mary Jewell Clark (Kelly) of Nortonville; his wife Marilyn Deming Clark; his daughter-in-law Ellen Gilkey Clark; and his siblings, Mary Tarpley, Gene Clark and Ralph Clark.
He is survived by: his sons, Chris Clark of Nortonville and Kevin Clark of Nortonville; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Boggs (Taylor), Breanna Clark and Brett Clark; his great grandchildren, Gianna Robertson, Bryleigh Jo Boggs and Brexton McGar; and his sisters, Ruthie Clark, Mildred Gamblin, Joetta Davis and Rhonda Richardson.
