She was predeceased by: her husband James Anthony Perkins. She is survived by: her mother Nell Cooper of Mortons Gap, KY; her siblings, James Cooper (Beth) of Earlington, KY, Steve Cooper (Julie) of Earlington, KY, Gene Cooper of Earlington, KY, Robbie Brown (Randy) of Mannington, KY, Theresa Patterson (Scotty) of Nortonville and Hope Brown of Dawson Springs, KY; and her children, Trinity Patterson, Madison Caraway and Payton Sissom. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
