He is survived by: his wife Tracie Phillips (Jones); his children, Jenny Phillips Martinez and Josh Phillips (Ashley); his grandchildren, Cadyn, Jase Phillips, Isaac Polley, Teighan Martinez, Amaurie Phillips, Kaysen, Kysen Brown, Tyler Richardson and Ashton; his great grandchild Keylen Phillips; and his brothers, Jeff Phillips (Lisa) and Kevin Phillips (Janneke).
