Washington and Lisa Campbell (Glenn) of Kuttawa; her grandchildren, Andrea Prow (Chad) of Kuttawa, Jonathan Campbell (Selena) of White Plains, Christopher Scott (Danielle) of Nebo, Dustin Scott (Sonya) of Madisonville and Cameron Scott of Mortons Gap; her great grandchildren, Colton Prow, Ava Prow, Brennan Scott, Carson Scott, Clay Scott, Kyle Scott, Kinsley Scott and Bryson Scott; and her siblings, Dorothy Farmer (Bobby) of Madisonville, Tommy Blades (Brenda) of Dawson Springs and Larry Blades (Marsha) of St. Charles.
