He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Crick and Sandra Crick (Townsell) of Mortons Gap; his wife Sandy Bourland Crick; his daughter Bethany Cadle (Chris) of Madisonville; his grandson Grayson Michael Cadle; and his parents-in-law, Ralph and Brenda Bourland of Nortonville.
