She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Rodgers and Edna Rodgers (Schoate); her husband Hugh Mike Dulin, Jr.; and her brother Robert Lee Rodgers. She is survived by: her son Hugh Edward "Eddie" Dulin; her niece Betsy Munday Tobias of Virginia; and her nephew Mike Munday of Crofton.
