He was predeceased by: his father Elvie Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lee (Moore); his children, Pamela Lee-Miller, Paula Dame and Michael Lee; and his grandchildren, Mandy Dame, Joshua Dame, Katherine Dame, Brahm Miller and Madison Miller.
