He is survived by: his wife Gail Ann Walker (Semchuck); his children, Eddi Ann Plock (Brian) of Crofton, Larrie Sue Moody (Tom) of Madisonville and Dustton Wade Walker (Susie) of Madisonville; his grandchildren, David Lawrence Hook (Samantha), Anna Gail Hook (Travis), Ricci Renee Stanley, Larrin Elizabeth Moody-Skimehorn (Jacob), Averi Annalise Lewis (Baley), Blake Edrick Moody, Leah Seanna Moody, Brytton Walker and Rowan Walker; his great grandchildren, Addison Hook, Jayden Noffsinger, Timothy Dale Stanley, Jr., David Lawrence Hook II, Autumn Hook, Lawrence Hook, Violet Hook, Kayddon Whittaker and Colt Curtis Whittaker; his siblings, Ray Gene Walker, Jenna Anderson and Billie Faye Babb; and his pet Girl Lee.
