He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Jimmie Lee Moore and Faye Merrill Moore; and his siblings, Shauna Gross and Terry Moore. He is survived by: his children, Whitney Moore (Samantha) of St. Charles, KY and Lee Moore of Dawson Springs, KY; his brother Timothy "Timmy" Moore (Denise) of Slaughters, KY; and his grandsons, Matthew Moore and Waylon Moore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
