He is survived by: his wife Teresa Bullock Blanchard; his children, Steve Blanchard (Christi) of Nebo and Julie Pryor (George) of Hanson; his grandchildren, Steven, Hilari, Jacob, Justin, Michael and Toni; and his sister Cheryl Shanks (Lynn) of Naples, FL.. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
