He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bean of Nortonville, KY; and his children, Brenda Bean of Madisonville, KY, Sandra Wright (Michael) of Bloomfield, KY, Tammy Glaysbrook (Kevin) of Nortonville, KY, Jerry Bean, Jr. of Madisonville, KY and DeWayne Bean (Stacie) of Henderson, KY. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
