She is survived by: her father Leon Smith of Nortonville; her husband John Shoemaker of Nortonville; her children, Nicole Smith (Josh) of Earlington, KY, Brad Gunther of Louisville, KY, Kendal Gunther (Crystal) of Earlington and Kyle Gunther (BreTanya) of Madisonville; her siblings, Cindy Reasons (Tim) of Madisonville, Karen Franklin (James) of Nortonville and Dr. Tom Smith (Cathy) of Louisville, KY; and her grandchildren, Chloee Smith, Ava Dodge, Bristol Smith, A'vayah Gunther and Zeke Smith.
