He was predeceased by: his parents, James V. Epley and Eunice K. Epley; his grandson Kyle Epley; and his brother Johnny Epley. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Fultz of Houston, TX, Karrie Young of Sebring, FL and Rhonda Epley of Newport Richey, FL; and his siblings, Shirley Offutt of Madisonville, KY, Ronnie Epley of Nortonville, KY, Billy Epley of Madisonville, KY and Jerry Epley of Texas. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
