It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genella Green of Nortonville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 18, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Walls and Lillie Walls; her husband Jesse James Green; and her siblings, Beulah Hicks, Arzetta Armstrong, Christine Whitmore, Nunn Walls and Arthur Walls.
She is survived by: her children, James Darrell Green (Valeria) of Hopkinsville, KY, Nancy Loretta Adams (Ricky) of Madisonville, KY and Monty Lewis Green (Pat) of Earlington, KY; and her brother Rev. Mac Walls of Lake City, KY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
