He is survived by: his children, Jonathon Simms of Owensboro, Michael Wade Johnson of McDonald, Georgia and Debra Gail Johnson of McDonald; and his siblings, Rocky Jones of St. Charles, Anthony Jones of Manitou, Helen Cissna of Nortonville, Jean Baldwin of Nortonville and Trudy McElwain of Mortons Gap.
