He is survived by: his wife Virginia Randolph Cobb; his children, Charles Cobb (Cathy) of Nortonville, Peggy Payton (Wayne) of Mortons Gap, Kathy Pendley (Rafe) of Hanson, Starla Groves (Scotty) of Nortonville and Shelly Minchey (David) of Crofton; his sister Ruby Pemberton; his grandchildren, Johnny Dukes, Katrina Cobb (Logan), Allen Cobb (Michelle), Kyle Nordhaus (Brittany), Kris Nordhaus, Heather Vincent (Lynn, Jr.), Cameron Pendley, Connor Pendley, Kesha Payne (Rick), Zack Cobb (Danielle) and Ashton Groves; and his great grandchildren, Allie Dukes, JonJon Dukes, Brittany Dukes, Bentley Cobb, Easten Cobb, Ember Cobb, Brayden Cobb, Skyler Vincent, Gabriel Vincent, Payton Vincent, Haven Ellis, Katie Payne, Molly Payne and Rachel Payne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
