She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lovan and Lila Lovan; her husband Gobel Buster Dillingham; her daughter-in-law Karen Ball Dillingham; her siblings, Edna Mae McCormick, Alfred Lovan, Boyce Lovan, Tom Lovan, Angus Lovan, Mary Jenkins, Willard Lovan, Betty Romolo and Nadine Lovan; and her stepmother Bess Lovan.

She is survived by: her children, Dennis Dillingham of Lexington, Gary Dillingham (Renae) of Lexington and Lou Ann Bearley of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Brittany, Kevin, Trevor, Grant, Garrett, Armen and Lila; and her sister Martha Offutt of Bowling Green. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in Dorothy's honor to the Alzheimer care program, Christian Care Communities, or to the Nortonville Baptist Church. (addresses below).
