It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dianna Kay Phelps (Nortonville, Kentucky), who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry C. Shumaker and Laura Martine Shumaker (Elder); her husband Donald Phelps; her daughter-in-law Crystal Shumaker; and her siblings, Sue Bishop and Henry Herbert Shumaker.
She is survived by: her sons, Monte Shumaker of Nortonville and Scotty Phelps (Phyllis) of St. Charles; her grandchildren, Johnathan Oliver, Danial Phelps and April Phelps; her great grandchildren, Kammeron Ferguson, Mathyus Phelps, Gavin Phelps, Coyten Oliver, Kencaide Oliver and Lincoln Oliver; and her siblings, Mark Shumaker (Amanda) of Grand Rivers, W. H., Jinny Ledbetter (Ewin) of Smithland and Dwayne Shumaker (Tammy) of Paducah. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
