He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorris W. Adams and Eva B. Adams; and his siblings, Teresa Adams and Randy Adams. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Adams of Nortonville, KY; his children, Amanda Adams of Madisonville, KY and Jerold Adams of Hanson, KY; and his siblings, Debra Walker of Nortonville, KY and Ricky Adams (Nancy) of Madisonville, KY. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
