He is survived by: his mother Julia Wicks Foster of Memphis, IN; his wife Barbara Fisher Foster; his children, Julia Gilstrap of Salem, IN, Keith Foster (Joy) of Muscle Shoals, AL, Kevin Foster (Brandi) of Forney, TX, Alan Hart (Christie) of Slaughters, KY and Bryan Hart of Nebo, KY; and his siblings, Gayle Bruce-Doyle of Memphis, IN and George Foster of Lanesville, IN. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
