He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitt Justice and Lindy Justice; and his siblings, Carl "Bosco" Justice, Zeak Justice, Billy Joe Justice, Milton Justice, Margaret Raymer, Dolly Mae Payne and Ellie Imogene Hayes.

He is survived by: his wife Mentha Justice of Nortonville, KY; his children, Tim Justice of Nortonville, KY and Chris Justice (Robin) of Earlington, KY; and his siblings, Myrtle Davis of Dawson Springs, KY, Lucille Scott of Granite City, IL, James Justice of Dawson Springs, KY and Alonzo Justice of Nortonville, KY. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
