He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Cline and Sue Cline (Poe). He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann Murrah Cline; his daughters, Victoria Cline of Nortonville, Devon Austin (E. J.) of Michigan, Sabrina Cline of Michigan and Erica Combs of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Rylee and Elmer Austin; and his brothers, Rick Cline (Sharon), Bobby Cline (Cheryl) and Darrell Harpole (Amanda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
