He was predeceased by: his son Tanner Brice Foley; and his siblings, Barry Foley and Vicky Foley Baker. He is survived by: his son Ryan; his daughter-in-law Ashley Foley; his granddaughters, Claire Ryan Foley and Heidi Wren Foley; his brother Cecil Foley, Jr. (Connie); and his nieces, Bridgette Anderson (Kevin), Aleshia Dawn McKenzie (Shawn) and Jessica Pendleton.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial donations to Hospice East, 407 Shoppers Drive, Winchester, KY 40392.
