He is survived by: his wife Katie Hamilton Mattox; his sons, Rick Mattox (Rhonda), Mike Mattox (Jill) and Kent Mattox (Debbie); his stepdaughters, Patty Doyle and Judy Hudson; his brother Tommy Mattox (Barbara); and his daughter-in-law Donna Gail Mattox. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great grandchildren; three step grandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren.
