She was predeceased by: her parent Henry Clay; her grandson Brian Keith Stamper; and her siblings, Mary Emma Sams, Hazel Williams, Helen Williams and Kenneth Reid.
She is survived by: her parent Lydia Johnson Reid; her children, Athena M. Richard (Eddie), Connie M. Stamper, North Middletown and Bill Mattox Jr (Debbie); her grandchildren, Ashley Osborne (Derek), Katie Richard, Allen Stamper (Charlene), Josh C. Mattox (Davika) and Daniel E. Mattox; her sisters, Edith Elam and Jean Franklin (James); and also North Middletown. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Bluegrass Hospice Care or Gateway Christian Church.
