He is survived by: his sister Charlotte Bailey (Clarence); his children, Michael Fugate (Cassie) and Joyce Miller (Edward); his grandchildren, Chrystal Kelly, Henry Neace, John Thomas Neace, Ashley Nicole Fugate and Amber Lee Bertie Fugate; his great grandchildren, Taylor Kelly and Bailey Kelly; his nephew Jesse Charles Bailey (Amy); and his sister-in-law Gladys Haddix.
