He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Preston and Irene Adams Preston; and his wife Earlene Stapleton Preston. He is survived by: his sons, Harold Dean Preston II (Jodi) of Paintsville, KY, Walter Preston (Antonia) of Richmond, KY and Trevor Preston (Katelyn) of Paintsville, KY; his sisters, Walta Lee Pack of Nippa, KY and Jackie Arms of Urbana, OH; and his great grandchildren, Prescott Preston, Hayed Joe Preston and Mason Dean Preston. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
