He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Franklin and Cynthia Caudill Franklin. He is survived by: his wife June Vanhoose Franklin; his children, Jeff Franklin and Angela Hall; his siblings, Bill Franklin, Larry Franklin and Ruth Harris; and his grandchildren, Jacob Hall and Ryleigh Hall.
