He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Yates Jarrell; his children, Keisha Campbell (Joshua) of Stambaugh, Shabre Jarrell of Salyersville, Wesley Jarrell (Amanda) of Richmond and Briana Jarrell of Ashland, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Kenzie Owens of Brian, Jaxson Fitch, Cali Fitch, Ripley Bellar and Jozie Campbell.
