She was predeceased by: her parents, Crossford Crace and Dorothy Spradlin Crace; her husband Emery Otis Barker; her children, Charles Emery Barker and Judy Frame; and her siblings, Lewis Crace, Leroy Crace and Lynn Allen.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Barker (Sandy) of Somerset, Keith Barker (Deloris) of Wittensville, David Barker (Tabitha) of Prestonsburg and Tracy Lee Barker of Nippa, Kentucky; and her sisters, Mary Carroll of Lebanon and Diane Cannon of Ironton, Ohio. She is also survived by grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
